*Morning Has Broken*

Elviria Hills, Southern Spain, November 2015

Morning has broken

Our task, to stay nurtured

In no-mind – Allow the rising sun

To illuminate our being

Without the interference of our impatient minds.

The wind softly rattles the leaves on the trees

The all-covering morning fog slowly dissipates

I can see the ocean in a distance

The horizon a bit undefined

The peach morning sky mixing with that misty morning fog

What does it mean to be defined? Refined?

Sharp lines

I heard once that words create separation, duality, opposites.

It’s true.

With the pen we try to define things

Put words on things, on the tangible and the intangible.

Yet Oneness, the beauty of life, is as undefinable as it is sensed by the heart

The floating energy within and without is understood with our spirits and soul.

But the mind is impatient and wants to define.

It wants to create sharp lines

Say this is this, and that is that.

To define makes it secure.

Makes us secure

It is a survival mechanism, so we will know and can react accordingly – stay alive

The mist sweeps the valley

On the matter of one’s need for love, compassion, kindness and a warm touch

That ultimate need to know within our hearts that we share togetherness with a group

To sense that oneness we all crave – within our community

No words can define that need nor the satisfaction when that need is met.

Still,  you stay away

*Autumn Poem for Soul and Psyche*

Autumn Poem for Soul and Psyche

Prologue

Like the tree that loses its leaves
Left exposed
Its branches naked and shy

We too must release
Shed layers

Vulnerability is inevitable

Release like Mother Earth
Let the leaves fall ~ bathe in the west winds ~ cleanse your body mind, your soul, your psyche

Our light grows stronger and stronger the more we let go of heavy burdens.
Fear, anger, self doubt. Let’s harmonize with Mother Nature’s autumn flow, and release ever so effortlessly, resistance free.

-----------------------------------

I.
Shed layers
Shed skin
Shed tears of sorrows past

Shed leaves of irritation
And shells of separation

Yes do it wise one!  It’s time.

In harmony with Mother Nature
Drop old gains and glory
Release your growth
To feed your present story

Don’t hold so tight
Take courage
Lose the grip

Surrender!

You’ve done well
Harvested this cycle’s gifts and blessings
Now it’s time to give thanks and let go!

One two three, release!

Light or heavy
Allow it all be swept away
Into the vortex of time and space
It has served its purpose
It is time to say goodbye
Release it to God
To Source
Bid aDieu

Have heart sweet one
------------------

II.
Become bare again ~ Lighten your load
Unveil your true self in the process

Allow the growing darkness to comfort you
As the past trickles down your cheek
To support and to hold you, to cover you
As you slowly undress

Those armors must be heavy beautiful one

For years and years
You’ve clad yourself in heavy steel

For protection
I know

And those quills you’ve grown
Through the steel
They can’t defend you either

I’m so sorry
But it is the truth!

You, a beautiful child of Love Universal
You must feel your feelings

O those heavy burdens you carry!
Layers upon layers of pain and grief
Upon armors and armors of hesitant pride
Importance
Stature
Judgment

Self-righteousness
Self-doubt
Self-pity

They have only kept you separated
From your true self
From that spectacular wonder
Of sensing Oneness
Within

Sensing God
Within
As You
Within every single cell

Now let it all go!
All those pains of the past
All those burdens and fake protection

You don’t have to be afraid anymore
I will help you
The  wounds will heal
I promise
From my heart to yours

Feel the miraculous relief
As they drop from your shoulders
The heavy armors
As they hit the floor
And the feeling of emergence sweeps all your senses
You gasp for air
You fill your lungs with the breath of God
The Breath of Grace
The Breath of Love

From underneath all that steel
Your luminous self has appeared
Radiant, free and blissful

Marvel in the freedom sweet one
Enjoy the lightness of being
Embrace your divinity

I’m still here
I’m with you
All is good
All is well

Enlightenment is yours

*Lightness*

* How exciting Life can be! It doesn't always have to be so, but when you feel the rush of excitement and creativity flowing through your body-mind, emanating from you heart, your soul and spirit in union encouraging you to be who you are and spring forth, become a part of the lighter realms of Life, smell the aroma of all the beautiful colors and taste the landscape with your inner senses ~ WOW! then, then everything stirs and one little ray of sunlight breaking through the February clouds, makes you wanna fly in ecstasy from the knowing, YES, the knowing that brighter days are a head! Just around the corner there's sunshine, green grass, blue skies, fresh rivers and cascading waterfalls, so willing to infuse you with the energy of flow and joy. WONDERFUL! If I could be even just a little bit more grateful for darkness, the enveloping dimness allowing for this sensation of rebirth, I would probably burst!*

*Honoring the Swelling Belly*

♥ Repost from '12/'13

*1st/2nd of February*
Brigit's Day ~ Candlemas ~ Imbolc

There are stirrings within the womb of Mother Earth. Light is quickening*

The seeds that were planted on Winter Solstice are beginning to sprout.

We are now midway between the solstice and the gifts of Ostara, so the promise of spring is around the corner. Imbolc means 'in the belly', or 'around the belly', in honor of the swelling belly of  the Earth Mother. I think that is so beautiful*

Today we light a candle for the Celtic Goddess Brigit, the Triple Fire Goddess.
As for many other pagan Goddesses, today she is also revered as a
Christian saint.  God~Goddess moves in mysterious ways ;)

Brigit's three aspects are the Fire of Inspiration as patroness of poetry
Fire of the Hearth, as patroness of healing and fertility, and Fire of the Forge, as patroness of smithcraft and martial arts.

She has many sides and faces to her, but she is always associated with fire, and to me that also means courage, and the strength to carry on. In the Northern hemisphere we are starting to feel the heavy burden of a long winter, thankful for all the lessons,  but longing for more light and lightness in Life.  Brigit gives us that extra spark to keep on, not to fall back and give up.
She is the bringer of hope*

Today I dedicate my candle prayer to Brigit, to ANU the Mother of Goddesses and to the Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet
Live well and be Happy*
*LOVE*
